Friendly, helpful staff, great location well connected by transport, free WiFi, clean and safe.

Well located, very helpful staff, laundry room in basement free to use; minor problems solved very easily; rooms cleaned daily without asking.

Some of the decor could do with upgrading in the rooms and corridors - but very clean.

Good location, can walk to multiple attractions like the palaces and markets, if you dont mind walking for 30 mins. 5 mins walk to 2 train stations at opposite end of the street. Staff was friendly and approachable.

Hotel should really do something about the shower, there's nothing to stop the water from flowing out of the shower and making the whole toilet floor wet. Room is small, hardly any space to open the luggage Carpet, towels, etc seems worn out, need a refresh

Great locations and easy access. Convenient with a proper weight in the lobby . Washer and dryer free to use in basement.

The sink faucet is in an odd place. Water spills everywhere.

Perfect for boutique hotel with convenient amenities

3 different subway lines within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Relatively quiet in bustling town. Has a proper weight for luggage in the hotel lobby - super helpful when hauling suitcases full of merch.

Water accumulates easily near the sink/faucet in the bathroom - a design flaw. Bedding is cleaned but quite worn with some ripped/holes.

Last Minute stay in Seoul

The lady at the reception helped us to find a new solution last minute after our booking was cancelled (from another platform).

The cleanliness could be improved (staines in the mattres by the window and weird staines like chocolate on the carpet).

Fine location, uncomplicated and friendly hotel staff, i liked it!

Very good position, being in between the Chungmu-ro (the nearest) and the Eulji-ro3 Stations. This helped a lot with the transportation, to get easy access to the most central lines. Room cleaning ist very fast getting there after leaving the room.

Some of the features of the room weren't perfect, like the painting and details looked a bit "stressed out". When moving the furniture you would find stuff belonging to all the room occupants before, so maybe the cleaning and maintenance could be better.

it was very expensive for what we got, though I think it was holiday in Seoul so all hotels were sold out

modern facilities the bed is very comfortable has free laundry available

We will stay another hotel for our next visit to Seoul to avoid complications. Mixed feelings.

Location was good. About 5-10 mins walk from the metro station. Hotel is right in between two stations, Chungmuro and Euljiro 3(sam) ga. There are many small shops along the streets. Convenient with 24/7 stores to buy our midnight snacks/ breakfast for next morning. It is located very near approximately 10 mins walk to Namsangol Hanok Village. Love that place cause air is fresh early in the morning. The staff at the counter greeted us very well on the first 2 days out of the 9 days we've stayed at the hotel. He responded to my queries very efficiently even before we checked in. Staff able to attend to our simple requests. He is consider quite talented to be able to speak many languages and he displayed a hyper character to brighten up guests mood. However, mood changed, not sure why. Subsequently, he will avoid making eye-contact with us and even avoided when we greeted him good morning. I'm still puzzled till this day. Hotel Rooms were cleared alternate days. Sometimes no clean towels or else missing room slipper/showering kits. So do not dirty your towels after a day's use. Hang it up like we do. There's free coffee (americano) and dispenser water available at B1 (which is good).

Room service/ Cleaning staffs gestured that they did not like us (5 adults 2 kids) to use the common area for our breakfast eg, dinning space at B1. We greeted them by smiling at them. But they just stared at us with blank faces/no emotion. I think there was a misunderstanding. We washed whatever utensils and plates we used, we cleaned our tables after use, but was mistaken by the staff there that we had left the dirty plates and cups in the sink. It was left it there by other guests overnight!! We explained but somehow I think they don't understand. Staff there did not allow us to switch on more lights to certain area in the dining space but the lightings were too dim. The tables and floorings are not cleaned daily too. Other tables used were still left with crumps by other guests for 2 days. My toddler picked up crumps on the floor as he was trying to explore the common dining area at B1. I think this resulted the "not friendly" gesture after the 3rd day. Imagine we were given "charcoal" face by the staff there for the remaining days staying at the hotel. Not sure if staff there will read my comments, but would like to clear the air if they do. It would be great if the hotel can contact me.

We had a pleasant stay here, but not sure if we would come back

The hotel location was great: a 15 min walk to shopping area Myeongdong, a lot of restaurants in the area and nicely located between two metro stations with different metro lines, so it was easy to get everywhere. I also really enjoyed the beds. The Wifi was also very stable and quick. And the staff was kind and sent us a message when we left one of our passports in the safe, which we were very thankful for.

The room was smaller than I expected, there was no space for our suitcases and there were only a few clothing hangers, so we bought our own. You cannot (easily) improve room sizes, but I would advise to add more hangers. We booked a double room, but when we (two women) showed up, they wanted to give us a twin room instead. They asked 3 times to check we were sure we wanted a double bed. It's fine to ask, because I know many people accidentally book a different room than they wanted, but to ask 3 times did not feel pleasant. Lastly, the booking.com description of the hotel says there is a breakfast buffet, but there is not. We asked about it and they said it's been canceled since Covid, which makes sense, but one of the reasons we chose this hotel was the buffet.

Locked out of the hotel

Room was clean and comfortable, in a nice location

There was only 1 staff and he was quite scary and strict. It almost feels like you're a primary school student getting scolded by the principal. I arrived early and I just wanted to drop off my luggage first while I wait for the check in time, but I was nearly unable to do it because the hotel front door was locked (unlockable only if you have the access key) from around midnight until noon. I was stuck outside the hotel and unable to enter. There was no intercom or anything either. I was finally able to go in by sheer luck when an existing hotel guest happened to walk outside around that time and thereby opening the door. I understand if early check in is not allowed, but I think locking the door and locking people out is a little short-sighted.

In total I was still satisfied for the price.

the location is very good even though due to covid the area is a bit dead - be patient - it got already better when I left. And the guy from the reception is very kind and helps you with everything.

You had to ask for toilet paper, they would never refill it themselves. Also after they cleaned the room was never properly vacuumed. only two washing machines for the whole hotel.
